Role OverviewWe are seeking a responsible and motivated leader to take ownership of our stores during the afternoon and evening shifts. The successful candidate will lead and support the afternoon/night team, manage scheduling and call-outs, and work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all Dunkin standards are being met.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include maintaining strong customer service, speed, cleanliness, accuracy, and overall shift execution. You will also provide leadership and accountability throughout the afternoon and evening, and have daily communication with Network Management.

Requirements
- 5 days per week
- Weekends a must
- Availability to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Dunkin Shift Manager experience required
