Role OverviewThe Afterschool Program Leader is responsible for working directly with students in after-school programs, guiding them through social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures. The position requires at least one year of experience working in after-school programs or youth recreation, especially in ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
What You Will Do
A typical day for a Program Leader includes greeting and welcoming kids to the program, organizing and leading activities, joining in indoor and outdoor enrichment activities, creating unique clubs for students, and maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements
