Role OverviewJoin Arc Experience as an Afterschool Program Leader, working directly with students in after-school programs. Responsibilities include leading activities, maintaining a secure environment, and encouraging participation. This part-time, non-exempt position reports to the Site Coordinator.
What You Will Do
A typical day involves greeting students, organizing activities, and overseeing their safety and well-being. You will also create unique clubs and adapt activities to meet students' diverse needs.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in after-school programs or youth recreation, especially in ethnically and culturally diverse communities
- College transcripts showing 48+ college credit units completed or passing an academic proficiency exam
- TB test with negative results and passing a Live Scan background check
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation (if required by the school)
