Role OverviewAs a Program Leader, you will work directly with students, guiding them through social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures. You will create unique clubs for students, maintain a secure environment, and oversee the safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
What You Will Do
A typical day for a Program Leader includes greeting and welcoming kids to the program, organizing and leading activities, joining in indoor and outdoor enrichment activities, and adapting activities to meet students' diverse needs and interests.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in after-school programs or youth recreation, especially in ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
- College transcripts showing 48+ college credit units completed or passing an academic proficiency exam.
- TB test and Live Scan background check.
