LaAmistad is hiring a temporary part-time Afterschool Site Director for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will lead daily operations, create a safe learning environment, and work with families, schools, and staff to support student development.

Requirements

  • Lead afterschool academic sessions focused on literacy, math, and social-emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with LaAmistad's Academic Director to plan and adapt learning activities.
  • Monitor and report student progress using assessments, report cards, and school-provided data.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, schools, volunteers, and program leadership.
