Job Description
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Law Department Administrative Hearings Division (AHED) is seeking an Agency Attorney Intern to conduct administrative termination of tenancy proceedings and represent NYCHA in remaining family member and rent grievances.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited United States law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Bar admission date(s)
  • Two writing samples
  • Three references
  • Law school transcript
  • Current and/or minimum salary requirements
