Job Description
The Agency Attorney II is a senior attorney in the unit and will perform sophisticated legal work on behalf of the Department, including investigation and legal analysis of alleged misconduct for potential disciplinary action.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
  • Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
  • Membership in the New York State Bar in good standing for the duration of employment
