Direct Counsel is seeking an Agency Finance Associate to join the market-leading Agency Finance Group of a premier global law firm.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in cross-border transactions
  • Experience in project finance, structured finance, corporate finance, and international lending transactions
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French
  • Admission to the applicable state bar or eligibility to waive in
