Job Description
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for the growth, retention and profitability of business within a single agency office, including recruiting, training, motivating, managing and leading District Sales Managers and Sales Professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Prior sales experience within the Insurance industry required
  • Minimum 4 years experience leading other sales management and sales professionals is preferred
  • Senior market product experience is required
  • Licensed as a Health and Life insurance agent to sell insurance in the state(s) within assigned territory
