Jobgether is seeking an Agent Experience Designer to create AI-powered conversational experiences for enterprise customers. This role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams, designing AI agent interactions, and continuously improving performance, all within a dynamic and innovative environment. The focus is on building intuitive, accurate, and scalable AI agents.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience designing AI-based or conversation-driven experiences
  • BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong systems thinking and knowledge of human-computer interaction
  • Solid understanding of APIs, technical dependencies, and platform design
  • Analytical skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
