Role OverviewAs an AgentOps Tech Lead, you will be the senior technical authority for our new AgentOps team, responsible for mentoring other engineers, setting technical standards, guiding architectural design, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agents and workflows.
What You Will Do
Leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex AI and automation solutions using internal and third-party platforms, acting as a mentor and technical guide for the AI Engineers, and establishing and enforcing best practices for solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
