Role OverviewThe Aggregate Operations Intern will gain practical experience and exposure to the day-to-day operation of an aggregate facility, including production, plant and mobile equipment, maintenance, quality control, shipping, safety, environmental compliance, and basic supervisory and leadership practices.
What You Will Do
The intern will work closely with plant leadership and other team members to develop an understanding of how aggregate operations are safely and efficiently managed to meet production, quality, cost, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college, university, technical, or trade school program in mining, engineering, construction management, operations management, industrial technology, geology, environmental studies, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in learning aggregate operations, heavy equipment, construction materials, mining, engineering, operations management, or a related field
- Willingness to learn through both hands-on experience and observation
