Role Overview

The Agile Coach will support transformation progress by ensuring the World Bank Group's Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) can continuously improve delivery outcomes while strengthening governance, workforce readiness, and enterprise-wide operating model maturity. The role will involve coaching teams and leaders in adopting Agile ways of working, facilitating working sessions, and identifying delivery bottlenecks.

What You Will Do

The Agile Coach will coach teams and leaders in adopting Agile ways of working, including Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks. They will facilitate working sessions, team workshops, and leadership discussions to improve collaboration and accelerate delivery outcomes. The coach will also support teams in establishing effective backlog management, prioritization, and flow practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, software development, or related field
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
