Job Description
FIS is seeking an Agile Coach Sr Lead to enable and coach teams to shape OKRs and plan increments of delivery to achieve business outcomes. The Agile Coach Sr Lead will help manage a continuous improvement backlog and roadmap to enhance the delivery of the Value Stream strategy through modern agile ways of working.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an Agile Coach and/or Release Train Engineer or similar experience
  • Experience with large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations
  • Ability to lead a team from different functions, with varying skills, expertise and tenure
  • Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex process decisions
  • Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s potential
