Role OverviewThe Agile Delivery Lead plays a vital role in Kubota Credit Corporation's Strategy/PMO organization, enabling effective Agile delivery across the SDLC. This position combines strong Agile responsibilities with portfolio coordination to improve backlog quality, sprint execution, and visibility of work and outcomes.
What You Will Do
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives; design, configure, and maintain Jira Cloud projects, boards, workflows, and dashboards; identify and remove impediments; monitor team metrics and produce clear sprint/release reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business or related discipline
- 5 years professional experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
- Hands-on Jira Cloud experience
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and standard productivity tools
- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Excellent facilitation, listening, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and workstreams
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
