Role OverviewAs Agile Practice Lead, you will help build an Agile practice from the ground up, owning the Agile practice as a discipline, setting standards, developing practitioners, and connecting day-to-day delivery execution to our broader operating model.
What You Will Do
Own the Agile practice, hire, develop, and manage a team of Scrum Masters, lead Agile maturity assessments, build and maintain a leadership-facing view of delivery health, serve as the primary internal point of contact for delivery model governance, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders.
