Role OverviewThe Agile Release Train Engineer will lead and/or support an agile organization to implement new software capabilities within the platform as defined by a capability roadmap. The organization is responsible for the full lifecycle of software development including requirements, design, implementation, and testing for mission systems.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of this position include: facilitating workshops as needed, escalating impediments, managing risk, helping ensure value delivery, and driving relentless improvement. The leader will also coach leaders and teams in new processes and mindsets and will help sustain and relentlessly improve the Agile execution on the program.

Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery and metrics
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
