Role OverviewThe Agriculture Relationship Manager will meet with current customers and prospects to gather financial and scope of operation information, complete the Farm Credit Services application process, and analyze credit for new actions and servicing actions.

The main day-to-day responsibilities will include servicing loans, identifying at-risk loans, determining a plan of action to resolve deficiencies, and performing chattel and collateral valuations.

Requirements
- Meets with current customers and prospects to gather, update, and review financial and scope of operation information
- Completes the Farm Credit Services application process
- Analyzes credit for new actions and servicing actions
- Verifies financial documentation and closing conditions
- Determines product pricing
- Communicates credit decision and completes required steps for closing
- Determines location for loan closing and coordinates schedules to ensure loan closing time and location meets customer needs
- Services loans, including partial releases, collateral substitutions, changes in payment and maturity dates, extensions and conversions
- Identifies at-risk loans and determines a plan of action to resolve deficiencies
- Performs Chattel (cattle, crops, machinery) and Collateral valuations (real estate)
- Determines value using external resources such as websites, local grain market, livestock facilities, and the internal appraisal manual for real estate
