Job Description
We are seeking Helicopter Maintenance Control Supervisors for our AHTS contract at NAS Whiting Field, Milton, FL. The successful candidates will be responsible for technical, professional and administrative duties to ensure contract compliance and reporting as defined in Naval Aviation Maintenance Program Standard Operating Procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, Original Equipment Manufacturer manuals, applicable ISO, and Navy Instructions.

Requirements

  • NALCOMIS/OOMA aircraft maintenance software experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Certification to release aircraft safe for flight within 90 days
  • Minimum 10 years documented experience in aviation maintenance
  • 6 years of which must have been in a supervisory or management position
  • 4 years of which must have been in Maintenance Control designated to certify aircraft Safe for Flight
  • FAA Airframes and Powerplants License (A&P) preferred
  • Graduate of U.S. Navy Maintenance Control Admin-OOMA (C-555-0053) or equivalent (preferred)
  • DoD security clearance
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with management, peers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
  • Ability to work weekends, other shifts, and unpaid overtime as required
