AI and Business Systems Manager

This role will serve as a catalyst for organizational transformation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, eliminate redundant software, improve productivity, and maximize the value of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The AI & Business Systems Manager will play a key role in helping establish an AI learning and innovation institute that develops training programs, best practices, and implementation frameworks to assist other nonprofit and healthcare organizations in effectively adopting AI technologies.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of the organization’s AI, automation, and digital transformation strategy. Identify opportunities to reduce administrative effort, improve workflows, and increase organizational productivity through AI and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business systems, digital transformation, technology consulting, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, business process automation, and AI technologies.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently and successfully navigating ambiguity.
• Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and change management capabilities.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality regarding clients and employees; adhere to all HIPPA regulations.
