Job Description
The AI Automation Specialist will design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes using Postal tools.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience specifically in automation/AI-related work
  • Programming: Proficiency in scripting, Python, AND (Java, OR R)
  • Technology Stack: Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow ticket generation, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), AND a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets using multiple tools to uncover patterns for process optimization; ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data ingestion and parsing issues
  • Process Management: Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, OR 10 years of equivalent experience
  • Security Experience: Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
