Role OverviewThe AI Business Partner is a new role at Janus Henderson that involves working directly with business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and drive measurable adoption. The role requires a strong business analysis capability, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and practical experience with change management or technology adoption. The AI Business Partner will operate at the intersection of business process expertise, AI solution development, and change enablement.
What You Will Do
The AI Business Partner will work with teams to agree on practical measures of success, design and build intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader M365 ecosystem, and conduct ongoing research into emerging AI technologies. The role also involves analyzing current business capabilities and use cases to tailor coaching and upskilling for business users in prompt engineering, effective AI tool usage, and solution design.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or similar low-code/no-code AI tooling
- Demonstrable experience with multiple AI/GenAI tools and platforms
- Strong business analysis capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
- Practical experience with change management or technology adoption
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI application design
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Strong documentation instincts
