What You Will Do
The AI Business Partner will work with teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities, and design and build intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader M365 ecosystem.

Requirements
- Direct experience in financial services or asset management
- Experience designing practical technology solutions in environments where security, data sensitivity, and responsible delivery matter
- Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Background in engineering, consulting, internal advisory, or embedded specialist roles
- Experience with ROI measurement and value tracking for technology implementations
- Understanding of data governance, responsible AI principles, and the emerging regulatory landscape for AI
- Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others in technology adoption
- Product management sensibility
- Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
