Role OverviewAct as a day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, ensuring smooth workflows and operations. Collaborate with program leads and domain experts to translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines for expert teams. Onboard and support new experts as the program expands.
What You Will Do
Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and communicate findings across teams. Contribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelines with research and product partners. Proactively flag potential roadblocks and assist in resolving them.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 3+ years in project coordination or project management, hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects, strong data management experience (Excel, SQL) and working knowledge of coding, prior people management experience or demonstrated ability to lead large groups effectively.
