The AI Enablement Lead will activate the vision established by leadership into practical, scalable AI-enabled workflows and solutions, and will be responsible for partnering with the organization to identify and implement opportunities to optimize systems and workflows.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong experience serving as a business partner to functional leaders
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority and drive organizational change
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Demonstrated experience applying generative AI, automation or AI-enabled tools to business needs
- Strong familiarity with AI-enabled platforms
