Role OverviewWe're seeking an AI Engineer to build an enterprise-grade AI-powered IT Help Desk Automation platform. The solution will leverage AWS Bedrock Agents and enterprise system integrations to automate ticket triage, intelligent routing, access provisioning, and IT support workflows.
What You Will Do
Design and implement AI agents using AWS Bedrock, develop Bedrock Action Groups to automate IT support actions, configure Bedrock Guardrails to ensure security, compliance, and operational safety, build serverless workflows using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions, and develop integrations with KACE Service Desk, Okta, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Azure AD or Microsoft Graph APIs.

Requirements
- Native Portuguese and/or Spanish language
- Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2)
- +5 years of experience in AI Engineering
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience building AI applications using AWS Bedrock
- Experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, REST API development and integration, identity management systems and authentication protocols, and enterprise workflow automation
- Understanding of cloud security best practices
