Job Description
The AI Engineer is responsible for driving the strategic adoption of AI across the organization, operating under minimal supervision to identify, architect, and evangelize AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Advanced to expert-level expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Azure OpenAI Service
  • Advanced proficiency with the Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model‐Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Strong technical understanding of API integrations (including Custom Connectors), JSON, and foundational expression languages such as Power Fx
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and automation, often reflected through hands-on experimentation with workflows, AI agents, custom GPT solutions, or similar innovations
  • Proven ability to design, refactor, and maintain complex automations using best practices for scalability, performance, supportability, and long-term sustainability
  • High degree of autonomy paired with strong communication skills, strategic discovery capabilities, ethical judgment, and professionalism; ability to translate business requirements into effective, secure technical solutions
  • Strong commitment to Responsible AI principles and strict adherence to internal security, privacy, and compliance standards, with sound judgment to make informed decisions beyond prescribed guidelines
