Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-ready solutions
- 2+ years industry experience with focus on building and deploying AI and GenAI applications
- Broad technology experience throughout systems development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, DevOps/MLOps, and deploying AI solutions in platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating complex technical concepts to partners
- Experience with the investment management and wealth management industry
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
