Role OverviewThe AI Implementation Specialist will execute hands-on AI implementation activities for SMB Team's small business law firm clients under the direction of the Fractional CTO. This is an internal, delivery-focused role that configures AI tools, builds automations, tests and documents workflows, and ensures that AI deployments operate reliably.
What You Will Do
Configure and deploy AI tools, build and test automations and AI-assisted workflows, conduct technical environment setup, perform data mapping and light data migration tasks, maintain implementation logs, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and contribute reusable templates and implementation checklists.

Requirements
