Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI & Logistics Solutions Specialist to support Lenovo's global logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives. This role combines logistics domain expertise, SAP knowledge, digital product delivery, and AI innovation to drive operational excellence and business value creation.
What You Will Do
Support logistics and supply chain digital transformation projects and product delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, provide operational support for logistics-related systems and applications, analyze business requirements and coordinate solution implementation, leverage AI, automation, and analytics technologies to improve logistics efficiency and user experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, or related fields
- Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM/EWM, TM, or other supply chain-related solutions
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working on AI-driven business transformation initiatives
- Experience working with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA in logistics or supply chain environments
- Understanding of logistics processes including transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, and order management
- Exposure to AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred for collaboration with global and APAC teams
