Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 12 years of experience in software development
- Experience building, leading, and mentoring engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience engaging with customers and end users
- Hands on experience building and maintaining production applications
- Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows, AI-powered applications, or multi-agent orchestration systems
- Experience leveraging AI coding assistants
