Roku is changing how the world watches TV and is looking for an AI Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation programs.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in program or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
3+ years of experience driving AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation programs for business operations, shared services, or customer-facing functions
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, workflows, RACI, testing plans, change management plans)
Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and security considerations when working with sensitive data
