Job Description
We are a proprietary high-frequency trading firm powered by cutting-edge Deep Learning (DL) and Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). We are looking for an exceptional AI Research Engineer to bridge the gap between advanced AI research and ultra-low latency production systems.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Deep Learning & RL Expertise: Deep understanding of modern deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., PPO, SAC, DQN, Transformer architectures) and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX).
  • High-Performance Computing: Demonstrated experience with distributed training paradigms (e.g., DDP, FSDP, Megatron, Ray) and multi-GPU orchestration.
  • Systems Programming: Strong skills in C++ and Python.
  • CUDA Mastery: Hands-on experience writing custom CUDA kernels and profiling GPU performance (e.g., Nsight Systems, Nsight Compute).
