Role OverviewAs an AI Safety Expert - Red Teaming, you will be responsible for identifying jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation in conversational AI models and agents. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include red teaming conversational AI models, generating high-quality human data, applying structure to maintain consistent testing, documenting reproducibly, and communicating risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be a fit for this role, you should have prior red teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing, and strong communication skills to explain risks clearly. Experience in Adversarial ML, Cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis is also preferred.
