Role OverviewAI Safety Experts will work independently and asynchronously to identify jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases in conversational AI models. They will generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks. The role requires strong communication skills to explain risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Red team conversational AI models, generate human data, apply structure, document reproducibly, and work independently to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have prior red teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing, and native fluency in English and Odia. Experience in Adversarial ML, Cybersecurity, and socio-technical risk analysis is preferred.
