Job Description
As an AI Senior Product Manager at Electronic Arts, you will lead the development of AI-driven products and features to improve fan care experiences. You will report to the Director of Product for Self-Service Fan Care and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design products that support EA's business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Product Management role
  • Deep AI and technical fluency grounded in customer impact
  • Comfortable at managing ambiguity through communication, analytical, and decisiveness skills
  • Confidence to present ideas and sell your vision to team members and other key stakeholders
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing environments and contexts
  • Adept at coaching and empowering team members to support the delivery of impactful and differentiating experiences
