What You Will Do
Design and build agentic AI systems, implement multi-step AI workflows, use leading foundation models, and iteratively tune and refine AI workflows through prompt engineering and instruction design.

Requirements
- Top Secret Cleared
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7-10 years of related experience
- Ability to iteratively tune, evaluate, and validate AI workflows
- Experience designing and running structured tests for AI behavior
- Skills in diagnosing and correcting AI system failures
- Proficient in data modeling and familiar with AWS Bedrock services
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript or other languages beneficial
- Experience integrating observability tools into AI application workflows
- Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration (Advanced)
