Job Description
Monks is seeking an AI Creative Solution Director to oversee a newly formed team focused on content and innovation within the AI development space. This role involves directing the team, managing talent, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision for delivering impactful content solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in an agency setting, strong leadership skills, and expertise in AI/innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in print/photo, motion, social and digital and post production / content production
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Mastery in at least two discipline areas: Motion, Interactive, emerging media, art buying/print production; programming or, understanding of additional technological related disciplines
