Role OverviewNucor Business Technology is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to design, implement, and deploy advanced technical solutions that solve complex business problems. This high-visibility role combines strong engineering skills, systems thinking, and business partnership to accelerate delivery and adoption of modern platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
What You Will Do
Design, implement, and deploy production applications, integrations, and data/AI solutions end-to-end, including pipelines and operationalization. Partner with non-technical business stakeholders to run discovery, present findings, and drive adoption.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Technical Consultant
- Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one additional programming language
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows
- Demonstrated success partnering with non-technical business stakeholders
