Role OverviewNucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to design, implement, and deploy advanced technical solutions that solve complex business problems.
What You Will Do
The AI Solutions Engineer will combine strong engineering skills, systems thinking, and business partnership to accelerate delivery and adoption of modern platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python, experience with at least one additional programming language, and a proven ability to design and deploy production applications, integrations, and data/AI solutions end-to-end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Technical Consultant
- Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one additional programming language
- Proven ability to design and deploy production applications, integrations, and data/AI solutions end-to-end
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows
- Demonstrated success partnering with non-technical business stakeholders—running discovery, presenting findings, and driving adoption
