Role OverviewWe're looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to help organizations rethink how work gets done using generative AI, automation, and agent-based workflows. You'll work closely with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, rapidly prototype solutions, and help scale AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
Identify & Shape AI Opportunities, Design & Deliver AI-Enabled Solutions, Drive AI Transformation Execution, Measure Impact & Optimize, Enable Adoption & Change. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with modern AI platforms and tools, including LLMs, copilots, workflow automation platforms, and agentic systems.

Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or AI-related initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred
- Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and practical implementation approaches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technical teams
- Product and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
- Demonstrated curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment
- Experience working with enterprise systems, data platforms, CRM tools, or operational workflows is a plus
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or transformation programs is preferred
- Experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or fintech industries is a plus
