Job Description
The AI Workflow Analyst is responsible for improving revenue cycle workflows through the use of AI and automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in workflow design, operations leadership, or a similar role within healthcare revenue cycle
  • Experience supporting automation of revenue cycle processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions
