Role OverviewThe San Jose AI4BI Innovation Center focuses on translating cutting-edge artificial intelligence into tangible, high-impact business products. We are seeking an AI4BI Interactive Solution Architect to serve as a pivotal technical leader within our organization.
What You Will Do
Design and build responsive, local-first AI solutions and interactive architectures that deliver seamless, highly intuitive user experiences. Partner closely with AI engineers, data engineers, and business strategy teams to translate complex AI models into interactive, user-facing applications.

You will join us in our San Jose office, operating on a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in-office. You will lead complex, multi-team technical projects from conceptualization to production, and communicate architectural trade-offs to senior leaderships.
Requirements
- M.S or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in modern software development
- Architectural understanding of local-first AI development, agent-observability, LLMs, and modern ML deployment pipelines
- Experience scaling agentic frameworks is highly preferred
