Job Description
The AileyCamp Co-Manager is responsible for executing AileyCamp at the highest standard, ensuring the program's success from beginning to end. The Co-Manager will work with the STG Manager to support events leading up to AileyCamp, including workshops, special events, interviews, and parent meetings.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of current field of performing arts and arts education
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and overseeing youth and adult programming
  • Experience administratively in community arts programs for diverse ages and backgrounds
  • Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office Suites and internet-based research
  • 5 years' experience in event producing, planning, and booking
  • Experience working with culturally diverse artists and community groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational ability
  • CPR + First Aid Certified
