Role Overview

The Lead Office Agent is responsible for maintaining a satisfactory quantity and quality of work by assigned personnel, explaining and demonstrating work procedures and methods, and observing and analyzing the methods used and the results achieved. The role involves working with different levels of management, communicating issues, and ensuring compliance with site security procedures.

What You Will Do

The work of the Office Agent includes computer data entry, preparing flight documents, interfacing with U.S. Customs, and accepting/distributing cargo in accordance with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and Port Authority or Airport Authority (if applicable) permit to use ramp side service roads
