Role OverviewThe Training Administrator assists in managing and maintaining compliance, procedural and operational training for airline passenger, cargo and ground handling processes.
What You Will Do
Coordinate with field general managers/station managers and station trainers to ensure personnel receive both initial and recurrent training specific to their job functions, evaluate training compliance, document and submit reports, and assist with LMS training.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- two years or equivalent experience in airline ground handling/cargo safety, security, or training
- demonstrated knowledge and ability to work effectively with individuals and groups with a variety of management levels, identities, cultures, backgrounds, and ideologies in a global environment
- knowledgeable in all appropriate domestic and international guidance and regulations (e.g., TSA, FAA, IATA, OSHA, CBP, pertaining to transportation operations and Worldwide Flight Services
- knowledgeable in Federal Air Regulations pertaining to Worldwide Flight Services' Passenger, Cargo and Ground Handling operations
- excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- strong oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- ability to use a computer and applicable MS office software
- ability to work with little or no supervision and alone or as part of a dynamic team
