What You Will Do
Manage and oversee air export shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timeliness and compliance. Serve as the subject matter expert for international air export documentation.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Air Export experience
- CargoWise experience preferred
- IATA Certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience handling complex international air cargo shipments from start to finish (A–Z)
- Expert knowledge of international air export regulations and documentation
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make critical decisions under pressure
- Experience managing relationships with carriers, vendors, and agents
