Role OverviewThe Air Gateway Operations Agent II manages and operates the AIT Gateway functionality, serving as a liaison between US & Overseas AIT stations and Global Agent providers. The role involves managing console pre-bookings, scheduling, and post-processing, as well as obtaining and maintaining scheduled console rates. The agent also reports to stations, vertical teams, and account managers on cargo received at the dock.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing console pre-bookings, scheduling, and post-processing, obtaining and maintaining scheduled console rates, reporting to stations, vertical teams, and account managers on cargo received at the dock, processing all MAWBs, consoles, and B2B, and ensuring all HAWBs link to a console or B2B master have necessary approval from destination agent.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years' transportation industry experience in export/import operations
- Previous work experience in TSA, ITAR, and Dangerous Goods regulations, preferred
- Cargo-wise experience, preferred
- Knowledge of working within government vertical, strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced working environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizing skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
