Role OverviewThe Air Logistics Warehouse Supervisor manages and coordinates all aspects of a cargo operation, overseeing operational activities, directing personnel, and ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations. This position involves communication with customers, budgetary controls, and manning requirements. The supervisor must proactively monitor employee work to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing cargo warehousing, operating motorized vehicles, routine cleaning of work areas, and other duties related to the operation. The supervisor must also read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with customers or employees.

Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
