Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection is seeking an Air Noise Administrative Support Associate to perform detail-oriented administrative work utilizing several databases, including CRM database for the processing of summonses. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as excel proficiency and the ability to work in a team setting.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
  • One year of administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
  • Close attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills
  • Customer service experience with a possibility of a supervisory role
